Pastor Paul Hobson

Pastor Paul was born in Richmond, Virginia and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior at an early age.

He was baptized and a member of 31st Street Baptist Church where he participated in various ministries as a young child and youth. Pastor Paul was influenced spiritually by his maternal grandmother, Ruby Meekins and his paternal grandfather, Robert B. Hobson, Sr.

Pastor Paul graduated from Armstrong High School in 1975 and then Morgan State University in 1980. After years of “wandering”, Pastor Paul rededicated his life to Christ in November, 1990. The journey of rededication, deliverance, and true salvation began in that season of his life and he has never looked back!

Pastor Paul accepted his call to clergy ministry in 1997 where he served faithfully as a minister on staff at his local church. On the first Sunday in January 2008, he and his wife along with other faithful servants began United in Christ Christian Church.

Pastor Paul believes that through a true relationship with Jesus Christ, all things are possible. Living a life of integrity (that place of righteousness found in our heart that compels us to live a life after the character of Jesus Christ) is essential to our spiritual and natural success in life. If we would just live out our faith which is to live in the character of Jesus Christ, Pastor Paul believes successful families can be built, restored and resurrected to the glory of Almighty God.

Pastor Paul is married to his wife and best friend, Linda A. Hobson. They have three children, Jamel (Stacy), Deairra and Nathan and two grandchildren, Layla and Bella-Marie. Pastor Paul also has the good pleasure of having his mother, Jean R. Hobson, serving in ministry with him.

“The just man walks in his integrity and his children are blessed after him.” – Proverbs 20:6
